The pristine, white dial also features silver-tone indexes in the hour positions and a calendar window sits between four and five o'clock. The dial has silver-tone, luminous hands and a slender sweeping seconds hand. This watch is water resistant to 99 feet (30M).

The look, weight, size of this watch are fantastic and seem to be comparable to much more expensive brands. The watch is heavy and substantial (which I like)and the bracelet is easily sized by a jeweler. People have grabbed my wrist to study it more closely and have always been favorably impressed. The watch seems to be manufactured with the same component parts as another popular ceramic watch I own (Swiss Legend) because the faces, bracelets,and clasps are identical. This is just my observation...I'm not in the 'biz.' Date and hour adjustments are super easy to perform. The dial is extremely easy to read in the daylight...I don't see any luminosity to the hands. I've owned this watch just a couple of months so I don't know how long it will hold together. For that reason I'm withholding 5 stars.***Update @ 3-27-11 This watch is still going strong! The lines are clean, elegant and classy and if you prefer a "non-blingy" style it is your best bet. After more than a year I have still not had to replace the battery, the date and hour adjustments are straightforward and simple to perform with just a twist of the crown, and the sapphire crystal has not gotten even one scratch. I can't believe how lucky I was to find this treasure.

Ceramic can be engineered to be several times harder than steel... providing a near scratch proof surface/ link system all while maintaining a relatively light weight. I bought this item for my mother who has owned a few tags and a technomarine.... and she gets a dozen compliments & inquiries a day. This watch is glamorous, vibrant, elegant, daring and charming all in one....
