I was afraid to buy this version and get a product that was not as effective as Lipikar Baume, but I was positively surprised: it's easier to apply than lipikar baume, but the skin feels as moisturized as with the other version.

I have used this body lotion for over a year. It is the ONLY product I have found that literally makes the tiny bumps on the backside of your arms and legs go away! If you have dry skin - go for it! I, too, only use fragrance free products - this one does have a scent but it is not a perfume (I am allergic to perfumes), it is actually just a nice clean smell.
