I hate to see a recommendation of 5 star because I think they are always written by company. But this is written by a RABID consumer of the product. Here is my bullet list and I understand peoples' frustration.
* If you use product as directed (twice a day) for 3 weeks it works beautifully * It is not a great moisturizer so you must supplement * You only need 2 pumps (this is sufficient for decreasing redness) * The bottle lasts a long time * It is not necessarily a hot flash drug * It IS expensive but if you can afford it DO IT and you have to use it to work

I was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis, which is a form of rosacea. My doctor told me it would take at least a month to begin looking better after the use of heavy anti-biotics. After using this cream for 3 days the redness on my face decreased by about 75%. I would highly recommend this cream to anyone who suffers for rosacea or anyone with uneven skin.

This cream is light, doesn't make me break out, and reduces the redness in my cheeks. Its soothing and I can't imaging living without it.
