Don't understand "Absolute Beginner"? Listen to the Beat., March 20, 2001

Two of the best Absolute Beginner songs earn this CD-Single four stars. It would get five stars if it had other songs like Hammerhart, Geh Bitte, and Liebeslied, but than you might as well buy "Bambule" at Amazon.de and have it imported to the U.S. for half a DM C-Note. I am not fluent in German, having only four years of high-school and college German under my belt, but if I try I can understand what these songs are about. I don't need to try, because the beats alone are cool enough to chill to. An interesting note: "Fahr'n" has a sample from Gangstarr's "Daily Operation". The sample, "You know that I'm driving" is sung by Guru in "Ex Girl to the Next Girl".
