This review is from: Rock And Roll, Hoochie Koo (MP3 Download)
Rick Derringer burst on the scene with this powerful and dynamic album in the early 1970's. He threatened to unseat the popular bands of the time (the stones, the who, pink floyd, led zeppelin). However, shortly after he released this great album, he disappeared. Unfortunately for us, Derringer was a one hit wonder and pretty boy rick burned out on the rock scene, biting the dust. Don't feel too bad, Rick. Rock's terrible twosome: drugs, along with high energy consumption, has eaten up more than one talented musician.
