A game like Rock Band is all about the music. More tracks equal more fun. Of course you want the right songs and for me this pack had them. Normally I would just download different songs I like but I tend to like most songs on this pack so it was worth it to just get the whole pack.

So take a look at the track list and if you like a majority of the songs then grab it. If not then just download the ones you want and save yourself some cash.

Great track pack for less tha $10, the only bad thing is that to integrer song to other rockbands you have to download all of them from internet, instead of just copy them from de disc.

This is simply a must have for PS3 Rock Band 3 owners since it gives you 20 very popular and fun titles for a measly $10 bucks. That's 50 cent a song compared to the Rock Band store which is $2 per song.

Simply export these songs and play. Details on exporting can be found at Rockband.com. No export key is needed to buy (in comparison to exporting Rock Band 1 or 2)

Treated as a standalone product, this game demonstrates almost all of the important features of Rock Band. If you already own a compatible Guitar Hero guitar or something of the sort, it makes a lot of sense to buy this game before you buy Rock Band or Rock Band 2 from a cost perspective. Easy enough to walk away and resell it with the download coupon in-tact if you decide you don't care for it, too.

On the coupon: Is there any rational reason at all that the developers have to force Rock Band owners to redownload every song on the disk, at an additional cost of the time it takes to grab several hundred megabytes of content that the owner already has on hand? Not a big problem with a fat pipe, but on my 256k line it had to run overnight to complete. Seemed unnecessary and a bit tacky to me.

A mixture of yesterday and today's hits.Your personal preference will determine if you buy this track pack unless you like just want to have all the songs available. What you see there is what you get,There are no hidden songs or unlockables so if you don't like many of the above songs then maybe you should skip this track pack.
Enough of my dabbling let's get on to the Pros & Cons:

Pros:
*You get 20 extra songs to add to your Rock band library
*A good mix of genres from modern to past hits
*Same Rock band experience,nothing really changes from the original game just more tracks

Cons:
*Transferring the 20 songs to your system so they can be used with Rock Band 2 is a hassle,especially if you have no way of connecting your console to the internet.I know they do it this way to prevent piracy but they should think of the consumers that still don't have broadband or cable access.
*Not enough songs! If you play like me you'll find that you will play through these songs at a rapid rate and will be yearning for more. Why not double the songs on the disc and up the price a bit.

Overall the game is excellent and if you like Rock band and like the set list included with this track pack,then grab this one and continue your journey of rock goodness!

Nabbed this for $10.00 well worth it I couldn't have bought the songs individually for that! It comes with a import code to transfer it into the game so no need to use the disc but once.

The game was fun. All it was missing was the ability to use the code to put it on rock band list. Which I expected since used. Game works fine and was shipped and delivered correctly.

I usually select and download individual songs on the PlayStation store and pay $1.99 for each song. On this track pack there are 4 songs I wanted to have, so I would have to pay $7.96 for only 4 songs online, or pay $6.41 (the price I paid) for this track pack with the 4 songs I wanted plus 16 extra songs.

There was not much to think about. And as Rock Band games are all about the music, this was a winning situation for me. I paid less than $0.28 per song, on a brand new sealed game.

Also, with the redeem code you are able to download the songs to your system and play them using your Rock Band 2 or Rock Band 3 discs and ANY compatible gear (such as Guitar Hero guitars). Great value for the money!

First off, let me say that this game is exactly what I expected it to be, but if you have Guitar Hero controllers, you only want to purchase this game if you already have Rock Band 1 or 2. This game wasn't compatible with my guitars, so I had to download the game onto my PS3, and then import it to Rock Band 1. After doing that, all of the songs worked fine with my guitars. Until I realized what the problem was, a nice customer service representative from sony(named Judy), wasted 3 hours of her life trying to help me. For the price, I believe this is an excellent addition to your Rock Band library.

This is a great track pack for rock band. The songs are really awesome, and its cheaper then downloading all the tracks.
