I gave this as a gift to new parents after reading it myself. Most of the advice is sound (not all) and the format makes it easy to pick up and read one idea to try, then put down. I annotated it with post-it notes from my own experience and I bet parents mark up their copy on all the margins. Good gift, even for yourself if you're expecting!
