I am very disappointed with this chair. I purchased a different brand zero gravinty chair for my husband and we both loved it so when I saw this model on Amazon I decided to get my own zero gravity. I really liked the fact it rocked and it looked nice in pictures. Well, the chair came in good condition but it is just far too short for me. I am a 5'9 female - the chair should be long enough, but it's not. A second problem with the chair is that when you "lock" it in place, it does not stay in place and slowly returns to a seated position. I purchased a new zero gravity, just like my husband's and will have to settle for not being able to rock. If you exceed 5'6, I would not recommend this chair.

I bought these about a month ago and there were only 4 left. Those arrived broken. We really liked them so Amazon agreed to ship 2 new ones when they were back in stock. They arrived 2 days ago and they are really comfortable and the fact that the rock is a bonus

I'm 6'0". When I sat in the chair my head was on the cross bar at the top and my calves across the bar at the bottom. No comfort. While some reported damage, mine arrived OK. Still returned.

this arrived in the specified time. when the box was opened a screw was missing, a plastic side piece was missing on one side, and the other was cracked, the metal rod that positions and opens/closes chair was half out. we have put the chair together as best we could, and we are hoping to try it in the spring outside. i think it will be ok. needless to say i was a little unhappy as this was a christmas gift for my blind husband and i am hoping that when we get it outside it will be comfortable and not break. other than that it appears to be what we wanted. it seemed as though this was a used chair and not a new one that i was under the impression i was getting.

Very poor design. I purchased two set, one arrive totally broken, and the other minor broken. But it was very uncomfortable to sit on and it doesn't rock that much. I don't recommend this item at all.

This chair is difficult to rock in and the back is so high. Also the pillow is not comfortable. I cannot make it recline either--it is so stiff. I was truly disappointed in this anti-gravity chair.

I was very excited when I saw this chair on sale. It arrived with broken parts and of course, those were the essential pieces to make the chair rock. I looked at the quality of the chair and was very disappointed. It looked "cheap" and I wasn't sure it would take the wear and tear of a piece of outdoor furniture so I returned it to Amazon.

If you can get a Rock-n Lounge delivered in one piece it might be nice. I ordered one, it arrived with a smashed torn box and two plastic brackets broken that hold the legs in position. I returned it and ordered a replacement. It arrived in similar condition with one bracket broken off. Not worth the trouble, I hope that I get my refund.

I ordered 2 of these chairs priority mail so as to have them available for a party. One came broken. It took me 11 phone calls and a month and a half to have it picked up for return by UPS. Then, to add insult to injury, Amazon charged me a fee for restocking a damaged return. So, not only was I out the chair, I took a loss of $30.00. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

Whether your indoor or outdoor this is a great lounger, becasue you can rock your self to sleep as you Lounge. i own 2 of these and my friends fight for them wen they come over. i better buy more.
