This is a great song list and that's why I bought it. What you don't realize is that the vast majority of these songs are not the original recordings. In many cases it appears that the recordings may not even be the original band playing them. I kept listening thinking that "wow, this song sounds like a cover band." All it says on the box is that unless the song is marked with an asterisk, it is a "new" stereo recording. Doesn't say by who. The only original song on the 2 CD set is "Moonlight Feels Right" by Starbuck. I'm keeping it just because it was a cheap purchase and some of the "new" recordings are an interesting take on the original songs. They may all be the band (as they exist in recent years) that recorded the originals, but you need to be aware of the difference when you buy this set.
