4.0 out of 5 stars RKL: allways great Nardcore, January 11, 2004
By
This review is from: Rock N Roll Nightmare (Audio CD)
This cd, released on Epitaph is a great example of an awsome old-school Nardcore band, kickinga$$ on a major record label.

While I Love this cd, I gave it 4 stars because If this is your first RKL cd, then you should be looking at their album "Keep Laughing". This is a better cd.

Great Punk/thrash/Rock. and if you like this cd, get Riches to Rags.

Awesome album from Nardcore gods RKL. Spastic, thrashy punk rock n' roll with excellent musicianship and lyrics. Great comic book insert as well. Highly recommend for any fan of fast punk rock.

5.0 out of 5 stars a reissue would be doing this album a great justice!, July 19, 2006
This review is from: Rock N Roll Nightmare (Audio CD)
wow..this album is really good...i had recently got into this band by hearing a couple of songs and being impressed. i would say picture Sublime doing hardcore and you would get something similar to RKL. catchy and essential as Bad Religion's Suffer.

sad to say, this album also suffers from epitaph records discontinuing it. i wish epitaph would show their discontinued classics some much needed respect and at least be courteous enough to sell these out of print gems' rights to some other company eager to release them. its sad when you can re-issue a mediocre 1997 Pennywise album when classic albums like this are a dying species. c'mon! i would gladly buy a re-issue even if i have this already!
