I'm sure the other reviewer enjoyed every minute of this CD, but if you've come to this offering by searching for a specific song, be aware that these are NOT the original hit renditions but, instead, remakes done some years later (with as many of the original group members as possible). Those who remember the songs when they first came out in 1956 will recognize instantly, for example, that that is NOT Tony Williams doing the lead on The Platters' My Prayer.

I bought this for my husband's 50th birthday. We were both born in 1956. It was fun to listen to the music that we were born in. I am currently collecting other records in this series and I am impressed with all of them.
