I bought this for my wife since she is a big Firm devotee and really likes the Wave series. She was pretty happy with this program. The only thing she says is that it is more of a core workout than an ab workout. Afterward she feel work in her ribs, hips, and back, but not really her abs. But that is ok with her because she was wanting a core workout program anyhow, which is why she got the Wave in the first place. But if you are looking for a pure ab workout, you are better off using one of the older Firm videos.
