FYI, he did come out with a follow up CD but it was not released in the U.S. The title of that CD was "SHINY". He also has a third release that should be out soon titled "BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU FEEL". I also love the Junior Vasquez remixes of "Strange World" from the first CD and "Believer" from the upcoming release.

5.0 out of 5 stars My favorite record...ever, March 25, 2000

I've been playing this one continuously--well, ok, I've been playing a few other things too--since it came out five years ago. Great melodic melancholy pop. So why is it only available as an import? And where did this guy go?

I can't believe more people have not heard this recording. As a gay person, I have to believe it comes from a gay perspective. It could, no doubt, have an appeal to ereryone on this earth. The lyrics come straight from the heart. Beginning to end, it speaks of love, loniless, confusion, and a hope of what is to come. Regardless of the lyrics, the music is some of the most unique I've ever heard. The artist, Ke, sings all vocals. Lead, harmony, and everthing in between. He also happens to have the most unique and passionate singing voice I've ever heard. Definitely a recording worth checking out. If your gay, it's a must have.
