I thoroughly enjoy working out to this CD. I have to watch myself, though, try not to play it as much as I'd like, don't want the ladies to get tired of it. There are a couple of songs I edited out from my mp3 hookup - mostly due to the fact, I deal with all ages and some of the older gen, as well as some of the more religious folks may not get a kick out of jumpin' around to highway to hell. Not a big issue when it comes to the overall experience of the CD. Keeps you upbeat with smooth transitions. Yes, not original artists, but if you already know the words or have never heard the songs before, it doesn't really matter.

My mistake when I thought these songs were sung by the original artists. When I found out it was not, it kind of put a damper on the whole reved up work out thing. yeah well, lesson learned. It was not horrible and can work in a pinch.

Extremely happy with this disc. Works nice as a whole 60 min. disc or divided between 2- 30 min. classes. I've used it with strength classes, core conditioning classes, and floor work classes. Got great votes with all participants and I enjoy just listening to it in the car. Wish I could find another on similar lines for my cardio/ aerobic classes with 140/154 bpm mix.

I don't really remember what's on this one. I purchased to install in my MP3 for walking/jogging and it's fine
