2.0 out of 5 stars Made me feel like I have two left feet!
I could keep up with the first few routines, but as he added more and more, I became lost, frustrated and ended up joining the Billy Idol school of dancing with myself to Jamie King's music instead. Not really what I was hoping for. Perhaps this is best for people with a lot more hip hop dance experience?

3.0 out of 5 stars Good intro to Hip Hop, June 29, 2009

This DVD was a great intro to Hip Hop. Jamie is superb at breaking down each move and even a dance-floor challenged person like me can get some of the major moves without too much thought. I didn't find a huge "sweat" element with this DVD at first, as the moves are done slowly and are broken down throughout the DVD, however, as you get the moves you can kind of make it your own...
Overall, this was educational and entertaining for me but I wouldn't purchase it as a "workout" DVD per se.
