If you like the Cure then you'll definitely dig these "lullabys". I like sitting with the baby and just listening to this over and over. Your baby is definitely going to be ready for the real Cure when they get older. I'm biased though, I could listen to the Cure set to elevator muzak.

Our 3 month old daughter seems to like it. We use it as part of her "sleep-time regimen", and we don't mind listening to it. It's better to get this stuck in your head than the other music in her life. We figure some day when she's 22, she'll ask us why she loves The Cure so much.

Who knew The Cure's lent itself to lullabye treatment? This is the best from the Rockabye Baby series, IMO. The songs are instantly recognizable, and actually sound quite beautiful as lullabies. Very relaxing and soothing for my son, it also put my husband and me to sleep (in a good way).

As a huge fan of The Cure, I must say that these lullaby renditions of their songs are great. This is exactly what I was hoping to play for our little one on the way.

I am not the target audience - I do not have a baby or a child, but I still like the Rockabye Baby! Series, and as a Cure fan this is my favorite overall. I am in graduate school and often need something in the background; I find that I turn to this quite often. Is it exactly like the original? No. That's precisely why the word "Rendition" is in the title, so the reviewers that blasted this rendering as compared to Smith's originals should have known better. I believe it is quite clear what the artists here set out to do, and that was done quite well.

My grandson calls it baby music but I find it very relaxing to fall asleep by at the end of a busy day. Rockabye Baby! Lullaby Rendition of The Cure.

I love this CD-more importantly, so does my baby. I play it at bathtime and once he is dressed and fed-my son drifts of to sleep becuase this music is so relaxing. And I am glad I don't have to listen to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star or Lullabye & Goodnight a million times. I am a Cure fan and will be getting more of the Lullabye Rendition Cd's Like the Eagles and The Rolling Stones.

My son goes to sleep at night or down for a nap in a wink when this music is playing. It is so soothing and Mom and Dad like listening to it as well. The U2 one is also a great one.

This is a review long in the making. Our daughter just turned one, and we have been using this album as her goodnight music multiple times every day for a year and are STILL not tired of it. That is a strong enough review alone to pull the trigger. The Cure seems to translate well into this type of music, much better than the other albums, which I've listened to from checking out of the library. This is the one to buy for your staple night night music. You won't grow tired of it!

Of all the rockabye cd's this is my favorite. It retains the pretty moodiness of the Cure yet is played in lilting and soothing tones that my baby falls asleep to. And on the nights she doesn't fall asleep quickly I don't mind listening to it over and over and over.
