56T chainrings are fairly hard to find. When you do, they usually fall into one of two categories: Plain, non-ramped with questionable performance or expensive. This one is reasonably priced and, more importantly, works great. Fit is flawless and I get quick, precise shifts into this ring. If you are changing from a 52T or 53T ring, be aware that you will probably need to move your front derailler up a few millimeters.Update: After six months of hard use, the chainring is holding up fine. I do most of my riding in the big ring and this one is not showing any wear problems. |
