cannot seem to actually get this item,

I have tried to order these shoes twice now. It is indicated that the size and color I want are in stock, but after ordering, being charged, and then refunded (twice), I get a message that they are not in stock. Amazon or the selling company needs to update its availability/stock for this item. Very frustrating!
