Rocket Gang Forever!, May 22, 2000
This review is from: Rocket Gang Forever! (Audio CD)
If you're a Team Rocket fan (let's see, look at my name..)you should get this CD. Even if you don't know a single word of Japanese, it's great. No Ash-tachi here, it's all Team Rocket! It's a single and it has 5 songs on it. It's a mini-disc, so it's 1/2 the size of a normal CD, but you should still be able to listen to it in a CD player. "Rocket Dan yo Eien ni" is first, and I believe the literal translation is "Rocket Gang Forever". It's Kojiro, Musashi, and Nyase singing, and it's kind of a pop/rock song. They speak of how they always blast off and about halfway through they go into their motto. "Lucky Lucky" is also pop/rock and is sung by Kojiro, and it speaks of how he met a girl in a club. It's very punny, as they keep mentioning Pokémon names all throughout it. "Nyasu no Uta" is Nyase's solo. In America they had a shortened version of it in the episode of the anime "Go West Young Meowth". The other two tracks are karaoke versions of "Rocket Dan yo Eien ni" and "Nyasu no Uta". If you're a casual anime fan or a full blown otaku, it dosen't make a difference, you should still get this CD. =^o^= Nya! For those who don't know Japanese- -tachi is a suffix, it basically means "Ash and his friends". Kojiro is James. Musashi is Jessie. Nyase (or Nyasuu or Nyarth) is Meowth. An Otaku is an anime fan. Anime is Japanese animation. I hope this was helpful for you!

Team Rocket's CD Single, December 29, 1999
This review is from: Rocket Gang Forever! (Audio CD)
If you're a Team Rocket fan, then this CD is a must have. This CD is a single that contains 5 tracks sung entirely by Team Rocket. "Rocket Dan yo Eien ni" is a rock song sung by Jessie, James and Meowth. "Lucky Lucky" is also a pop/rock song sung solo by James. "Nyasu no Uta" is a love song, also sung solo, by Meowth. The other two tracks consist of "Rocket Dan yo Eien ni" and "Nyasu no Uta" in their instrumental or "karaoke" format. If you love Team Rocket or Pokémon, you'll love this CD.

Wow! Wicked Cool!, January 15, 2000
This review is from: Rocket Gang Forever! (Audio CD)
When I first opened the package, I was so surprised! I thought they made a mistake with my order, because this CD case looked kinda like a brochure! And then I opened it, there was a mini-cd inside! I was so excited, but worried that maybe my computer's CD player wouldn't play it. Much to my relief, my computer's CD does play it, so I can listen to it while shopping on amazon! Anyways, the songs are "Rocket Dan yo Ein Ni" [If I am not mistaken, "Rocket Gang Forever" is the translation] sung by all three of the trio [Kojiro, Musashi, and Nyaasu], the second is "Rakki Rakki", aka "Lucky Lucky", sung by Kojiro. The third is "Nyaase no Uta", a love song from cute little Nyaase [aka Nyaasu]. Then comes the kareoke version of "Rocket Dan yo ein ni" followed by the kareoke version of "Rakki Rakki". I love this CD and I listen to it all the time, a must get for any Team Rocket Fan! ^^ *Note, for you japanese illiterate.. Kojiro = James, Musashi = Jesse, Nyaase/Nyaasu = Meowth
