More than enough bass,

I bought this along with the R1 Prime 150 watt Rockford prime amp. The wattage of the sub and amp are perfectly matched so the sub is driven at the max without blowing it. I'm really inmpressed with the bass. It handles a wide genre of music but I had to adjust the low pass a bit higher so I could hear the 200 hz bass in rock and roll. The only fall back of this setup is there isn't a remote bass control but if you take the time to tweak it it's just fine. It fills my GTI with plenty of bass with good hum and thump cleanly.

I just put this in my 07 Scion Tc and I am in love with it. I didn't want to get anything to big, but also wanted something with a punch to it and i saw this on Amazon and knew it would be a good match. I have heard nothing but good things about Rockford Fosgate and they are all true. I am new to the car audio game but this is a great starter sub for anyone out there. I have 150 watts running to it from my Rockford Fosgate 300 watt 4 channel amp and it hits perfect.
