A must have for the Colorado tourist/rock hound!
Great book, a must have. Don't leave home without it! We used the book and found some amazing specimens. Some of the locations are a little hard to find, as the roads are not signed. However, we managed to find all locations accept for 1 that we were looking for. Loved this book & highly rec. it!

Rockhounds Guide
I believe this is a thorough and well written book, however would tend to rate it is an excellent backup text, offering additional dimension and specificity to certain minerals.
