Employment with the ski company of each resort is covered with information on free employee passes, job fair dates (hiring), drug testing policies, housing, and employee grooming restrictions as well as season pass prices. Basically, this book discusses a lot of stuff a prospective ski bum would want to know before making the BIG move to a ski town, allowing the reader to better choose a resort that best fits his or her visions and dreams of the ski bum experience.

The author is currently residing in Steamboat, Colorado skiing on season pass number eight from four different mountains.
