Yes, Twin Tone will make you a legal copy for 15 bucks, it will even have your name on it. 1985, let's see, the year of the Replacements as I recall, and this from Jonathan. Every song on this album is vintage Jonathan, heartfelt, goofy, inane, sappy, funny. Some day this will get the credit it deserves.

An underrated gem of a record...,

This disc is everything I love about Jonathan Richman distilled into one album: the gorgeous melodies, the amazing guitar work, the 50's style harmonies, the hilarious lyrics about commonplace things, the use of the word "bum" for "butt." Astoundingly good. I love it so much, my band is considering doing a song-by-song tribute to it.

Any with even a remote interest in Jonathan Richman MUST own this album and MUST play it for the friends whenever possible. This is the greatest of Jonathan's rich catalog.
