The music on this CD is reminiscent of the old school and is full of delightful surprizes. The selections of the songs, i.e. jump blues, Texas-style blues, and jazz is absolutely refreshing. The musicians including Houston legend Clarence Hollimon on guitar as well as members/ex-members of Roomful of Blues ads a special flavor to the music that makes it very desirable.
Definitely a must for any blues lover!
