About the Author
NORAH GRIGGS- A Northeast Ohio resident. Retired Martial Arts instructor, she has worked hard physical jobs most of her life. She is a wife, and a mother of two grown childern, whom have blessed her with four Granddaughters. An outdoors type woman, she enjoys spending time on her 36 acre country home. This is where her journey began. After an unfortunate accident that triggered the syndrome fibromyalgia, she began building a labyrinth in her woods, during which and ever since has not stopped learning about its spiritual benefits and aspects. The Labyrinth helped her come to terms with her illness. Realizing that even though it caused the end of her career in the Marital Arts, she could pursue her dream of becoming a writer and at the same time share her discoveries with others. With the support and encouragement of her family and friends, her dream was realized. She is busy now doing talks, organizing Labyrinth walks and drum circles on her property, also writing magazine articles on Labyrinths and their connection to the finding of inner peace.
