I bought two of these from the Rockler store. Each comes with a package of six #10 2" screws, which I immediately swapped out for lag bolts. The problem I found with the product you'll probably only find if you try to max out the load capacity. It's not a bad buy if you don't load it down with 300lbs like it states on the box. BTW - also comes w/o any instructions or recommendations. I have a lot of lumber in my shop, and one of the units failed after about 30 minutes on the wall. The good news is that the whole thing didn't come crashing down as the shelves lock in to the track pretty well. I came back to find it severely droopy on one end... the u-channel just started to crush under the weight. The flaw I see is that the tracks come with 3 holes pre-drilled. One at top, one at bottom, and one in the middle. problem is, that's where most people will want to put the shelves because you've only got 24" to work with, and it's a weak spot in the track. That's where mine failed... right at the top where the screw goes. I moved that shelf down two spots and it's holding up, but the people at Rockler offered to take it back, so I think I will and get something with longer tracks that will hold more weight.

I needed to get my lumber off the garage floor because I needed the space in my shop and I needed a more affective way to access my material. This lumber storage rack performed exactly as advertised. It securely holds quite a bit of material overhead and out of the way. I used the hardware included with the product to attach the rack to the studs of my garage. I then loaded the rack down with wood and it hasn't moved since. I have no complaints about this product and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Bought several of these to use in a garage to store lumber and long items high on a wall. You need to be aware of several things.
The standards bolt or are attache to the wall and are designed for 3 brackets per standard. This give you very limited adjustment in terms of distance between levels. The Brackets have no slant so you have to be careful how you place your items on them or they could slide off the front. Would be a lot nicer if they had a 15 degree angle to them. Also, the maximum weight is a stretch in my opinion. Even if they did support the weight there would be a danger of the items being stacked so high they could fall off the front. I returned one set out of three and the return freight charges made it hardly worthwhile. Would not buy again

Works well, my lumber is still on the wall. The reason for the 4 and not a 5, No instructions and I was not impressed with the size of the securing screws.

I only have a small corner in my garage/workshop for lumber storage so I needed something that would fit the space and still hold a decent amount of lumber. I came across these browsing Rockler and they were on sale with free shipping so I grabbed one.

There's really not much to this lumber rack; just two standards, 6 shelf brackets and 2 1/2" #10 flat head screws.
Installation was simple and they hold a good amount of lumber.

Once I had one up and filled it with lumber, I ordered a few more when they were on sale again.
They work great.

I realize I could build my own, but in this case the time spent would amount to more than the price paid.

I'm almost 100% sure these are made by the John Sterling company, and for who it matters to, they're made in the use.

Got this as a Christmas gift and I knew right away that I would not be disappointed with the quality - the material is solid and was of good quality. It didnt take me very long either to install it - now all of my woodworking stock is off the floor and happily resting on my new rack. This rack is great especially if you have a small woodworking shop - if mine was bigger I would've just built one but this one was perfect for my tiny shop.

.. holding wood. And the screws were fine, in spite of the criticism of some other reviewers, and I have it loaded with wood. Make sure to mount the top bracket a hole or two down beneath the top screw.
