All the stores sell these 2-4 cup coffee makers, but I could not find a refill on the filters anywhere but online. I bought a year's worth to make the shipment charges easier to swallow.

I have this old 4-cup coffee maker (Mr. Coffee) and have had problems finding the 4-cup filters. The next larger size (8-12 cups) still works, but it is messy. So I finally went online and found the right size at Amazon. Very happy.By the way, the only store I found that carries them is Food 4 Less - if there is one in your area.
