I just come across my copy of this book which I bought when it first come out in Australia .. its a great book which tells about the early days of rock ' n roll in OZ ... stories on our own Elvis ...' Johnny O'keefe ' right up to the Beatles invasion .. its just a great part of aussie music history .. I am so glad to have come across it again takes you down memory lane .. the old Bandstand days .. I had a cousin who now lives in Colorado who sang on Bandstand .. and met the Beatles at their party in Sydney .. just a good book
