These were great at first, but the yellow cloth lining in back of shoe disintegrated leaving a big hole where my heel rubbed against rough inside of the shoe. After wearing them about a dozen times, they were too painful to wear. Very disappointing from Rockport, usually a solid brand.

I got these shoes (the tan colored ones) when they were $36, and they're very nice shoes for the price. I needed a pair of shoes that weren't too dressy, but were also not running shoes or sneakers. I really like oxfords, personally, (I am not at all a fan of loafers or slip-ons) but I wasn't able to find ones that I liked for under $60. These shoes are very attractive and versatile. I wear these at work, school, Scouts, and at less than formal social gatherings, and they're very comfortable. It provides good cushioning under the foot, and was relatively easy to break in.

It's a good all-around shoe, basically.
