This is an outstanding Rockport (waterproof) boot. It fits true to size, it's very comfortable to wear, and my husband wears this boot every day. It's a favorite for outdoor work or hiking, and suitable for indoor wear, as well. He's very pleased with this boot. He always used to buy the Rockport Lakota Men's Boot, and this seems to be a good replacement (since the Lakota is no longer made). I purchased this Rockport boot on Amazon.com. Great service, as always!

Until I opened the package, I didn't realize how much this really looks like a fancy Desert Boot - NOT what I would have picked had I been in a store. Also, since the material is soft (and not more stiff like the other Rockport products I own) the fit is much looser than I prefer. If the soles of my Ecco boots weren't shot, I would have sent these back. They will do until I find something more to my liking. These will work now that it is no longer shorts weather. However, I'll need something else by summer.
