The Rockport Encounter men's walking shoe boasts a padded collar and tongue to help prevent blisters and lace bruising, while a heel pad offers additional underfoot cushioning. A stitch-in and San Crispino construction allows for forefoot flexibility, and the Dynamic Suspension uses a DMX foam chamber unit on the bottom of the footbed that allows for dynamic air cushioning and sensation. CMEVA midsole ensures lightweight resilient cushioning to help reduce foot and leg fatigue. Rubber outsole delivers a durable grip on a variety of surfaces.
