You've got real skill at *saying* the simplest thing that could possibly work to get people's thinking shifted over to more fundamental ideas that can't help but inspire action. Thanks so much - I will recommend this little book! To prospective readers I say: This book is excellent. There is nothing like it out there. It makes one simple fundamental point and does so with jewel-like clarity: by working collaboratively and incrementally with your customers, you can successfully do projects that were impossible the old way. There's no dogmatism or over-the-top evangelism in here; just the short, sweet truth. I liked it so much I bought a bunch of copies.
