Review on Rocks and Minerals,
By BangorTchrSH "BangorTchrSH" (Michigan) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Rocks and Minerals (True Books: Earth Science) (Paperback)
I read Rocks and Minerals when I was searching through books to use in my classroom. Out of all of the books, this book was one of my least favorite. The book had good, accurate information, but it was not presented in an interesting way. The book does have important words and an index, but it does not refer to the rock cycle when discussing how rocks form. I would not recommend this book for use unless it is used in combination with other books that include better terminology and pictures.
