    These are very comfortable boots.

I wore them about 16 days per month, 12 hours per day, for the past 9 months and they have literally fallen apart!

The zipper "flap" on the right boot had the snaps misaligned to the point that I couldn't snap it down.

These boots are amazing for the price, they scream quality the second you see them. They are extremely light for their size and the materials used in these boots seem of very high quality. I don't think that you can do better for the price to be honest.

Buy them, you will not regret it.

    -UPDATE

While the boots still look excellent and have kept their shape externally they definitely have durability issues as someone mentioned. They are STILL extremely comfortable but they are allowing a lot of moisture inside and have a couple of small holes in the back side of the back heels that actually causes a low but audible woosh sound if it rains, on the inside where your back part of your heels rest the boot fabric has been completely ripped out/disappeared on both boots (not the sole but the inner walls near your back ankles). I love the boots but I just wish that they didn't break down so relatively fast. I did a lot of walking during my 7 months or so of owning them but I just didn't think they would wear down this much, specially internally and somewhat externally on the back heel. The moisture is definitely the most annoying aspect to this.. My boot socks just get too damp by the end of my work shift.

I guess it's time for me to find a new pair of boots with better durability although it pains me to have to pass up on getting another pair of these beautiful and comfortable boots.

Well they lasted eight months and are now falling apart. I use them for daily foot patrol doing security. The laces only lasted six months and fell apart (outer threading fell apart) then at the eight month mark the heels are separating and due to it being a moist time of year I get to hear the squish/squeek noise wherever I walk. They do still get me by and are still 60% comfortable to wear but I expected them to at least make it a year. i will likely buy rocky boots again but may step up to the next style up from these incase it was a you get what you paid for deal ($85ish).

These boots are awesome. I spend a lot of time on my feet at work, and these have a nice amount of cushioning. My feet didn't hurt after a straight 8 at work.

I wish they made an insulated version, as I live in northern WI, and it sometimes gets cold here in the winter, despite global warming.

    You won't regret buying these.

Always been a fan of Rocky boots. Have several pairs that have lasted me many years. Bought these combat style boots so I could pretend I was operating operationally in operations. They fit great, they are comfortable, and quite honestly, they are pretty badass. I bought them in preparation for the lovely winter snow and ice that inevitably graces all of us insane enough to live through winters in the northern Midwest. In that capacity they have served wonderfully. The traction is excellent, they certainly are deserving of the name alpha, since they go all alpha on snow and ice and send it cowering back to the darkness from whence it came. However, I have had the leather snaps that cover the zippers FALL OFF. That's right... no longer connected. Didn't pull on it, didn't tug on them, didn't get into a fight with lions and gladiators, not even a single gunfight with drug cartels or terrorists. Just fell off. Not sewn in very well. Both boots. Now the zippers stand bare in their shame for all the world to see. Great boots, but questionable QC.

Great looking boot, quality appears to be great as well, however, I our based my regular size 13w and I couldn't even get my foot into it. Amazon was great about the return, buy I chose to go to a different brand as a result of the poor sizing.

This boot is comfortable and looks great but just doesn't get the job done. I've had mine for a year and the rubber sole on the toe is already separating from the leather. The flap that goes over the zipper to keep the zipper from rubbing against the leg just fell off. All in all the boot looks great but looking great just doesn't cut it. I don't wear the boots much (twice a week tops) so they should have lasted longer. Maybe the use of some stitching around toe and better grade material for zipper flap would improve the quality of the boot. I'd spend a little more and get a boot with stitching to go with the glue.

These are the best boots I have ever owned. They are very light and extremely comfortable. I am on my third pair in the last 8 years. I wear them every day for work, sun, rain, snow, and slush. I have never had so much as a drop of water seep in, even walking through puddles several inches deep. Being located in Rochester, NY, I am used to boots and shoes getting drenched through due to wet and snowy weather. I highly recommend these boots.

This is a decent waterproof boot for the price. If you're considering this boot, order it in the wider size. I have average width feet and this boot is very narrow. I had to exchange it for the 2E size.
