The Gaither Red Rock Homecoming DVD, set in the Red Rock Amphitheatre in Colorado will lift your spirits to new heights--as high as the breathtaking mountains of Colorado seen in it. I have watched many of the Gaither Homecoming videos, but this one is by far the best that I have seen. With spectacular scenery of the area around Morrison, CO and careful selection of songs and groups, it will touch your heart and senses. The song Gloria has written "Colorado Might Not Be Heaven (but It Must Be On The Way)" is a melody you can't get out of your mind. It is tied as my favorite with the powerful, yet simple, Mosie Lister song "Castles In The Sand" sung by the Booth Brothers. Music simply doesn't get much better than that. Do yourself a favor and add this wonderful DVD to your collection. You do not have to be a southern or bluegrass gospel fan to enjoy it and feel your burdens lifted for a little while.

The Gaither Vocal Band and Alicia Williamson alone make this purchase WELL worth it....cuts #1, #11, #20, and #26 make chill bumps run rampant for me personally, and cuts #20 and #26 are truly electrifying....you will love this DVD, trust me....

This is definitely one of their best one's I own. I love all of the music and the talent,my word, can they sing. "These are they" is my ultimate favorite song sung by Bill,Guy,Russ, and David. They sing this song so beautifully together. I recommend to anyone that wants to hear a diversity of songs that they can sit back and relax to then this is just that dvd to buy. Great job and God's Blessing to all who sing on this dvd....

ROCKY MOUNTAIN HOMECOMING has a pleasant beginning, and beautiful scenery, which is panned often during the shooting. Though some songs are better than others, all the songs are good.

There is something exceptionally relaxing about this DVD. The opening song has good lyrics. Gloria Gaither is a tremendous asset and a blessing to us who purchase these. Perhaps she and Bill Gaither are not always given due credit. Woody Wright's Back Home Again is really fun. Sweet Holy Spirit, by the Isaacs, is hard to describe, but wonderful to hear. "When I Wake Up in Glory" is uplifting. Jake Hess sings for us; he is so cute and funny. Gaither's love for Hess and Lester is touching, and it makes one appreciate those men, even though I did not know them and they are gone now. The music ends with "These are They," and it is a great way to end it. The quartet is Guy, David, Russ and Bill in this one. Good job everyone, and thank you for your good work. Mickey Thorne
