Donald M. Jones is simply the best wildlife photographer I have had the pleasure to discover. He has a keen eye, and combines an adventurous, intrepid spirit in his appreciation of location with a superb understanding of his subject matter. These photographs of wild elk are staggering in their beauty. A tear came to my eye upon turning page after page. What a treat! This is the third copy of this book I have puchased. The second was becasue Ii forgot I owned the first one. I tried to give that one to my sister, but it was stolen by my mother becasue she liked it so much. So I had to but the third copy to give to my sister. If you love Colorado wildlife, this has some amazing moose pictures. A real crowd pleaser.
