Easy install. Took me about an hour and a half. I heard it would eliminate my lower back pain that accompanies standing on one leg all day,but was sceptical until I fished a 3 day tournament. My back pain was gone and felt a lot less tired at the end of the day. I highly recommend everyone to try a recessed pedal. It took about 3-4 hours to get used to it and feel comfortable.
