Bloopers fans may enjoy this half-hour video full of painful mishaps in cattle wrestling, bull riding, and bronco busting, but everyone else should steer clear. The best that can be said of this tape is that much of its footage is vivid enough to keep an average viewer wincing and cringing throughout. But the production values are strictly amateur, with the minimal narration failing to explain action sequences that are shown over and over again. While the video captures some good shots of riders being thrown, steer wrestlers being menaced, and rodeo clowns being trampled, one would assume that these events are fairly common in the ring and may not even qualify as bloopers. This predictable content will not appeal especially to anyone without an overdeveloped appetite for the armchair schadenfreude to which all bloopers videos owe their success. And even blood-sport enthusiasts may be disappointed; for better or worse, no one is actually gored. --Julie van Arcken
