Synopsis: In 1890 during the Civil War, Union Lt Jerry Burke is sent to Denver to investigate an Indian uprising, and finds his older brother Don is the culprit, part of a plan to divert Union troops away from Confederate assets. Don manages to escape from Roy, using his fiancee Lylah as a hostage. Roy rescues Lylah, but is wounded in a shootout with Don. Lylah nurses Roy back to health, and he falls in love with her. A final showdown between the two brothers ends in a tragedy.

The two criminals dump the live cargo off a cliff to eliminate any evidence, and then rob a bank, leaving Sharper to take the blame. Roy jumps in to clear his friend's name and catch the smugglers.

Roy and his friends have to face tommy guns, airplanes, two-way radios, fast cars, and smart big city gangsters in order to free the investors and save his town.
