I am a beginner left handed guitarist and this is a great guitar. There is a limited selection for lefties and often there is a premium price for a left-handed guitar. The guitar arrived in great condition and came with decent strings already on the guitar.

The guitar quickly tuned and holds tune well (based on an hour of practice per day). The fit and finish of the guitar is very nice; there are no obvious defects.

The sound is really nice and is similar to the $300 guitars that I tried at the music store.

This is a great deal for a left-handed guitar

I haven't touched a guitar in about 12 years, so picking one up again to re-educate myself was a bit difficult. I bought this one because of the reviews and mine arrived a day after ordering with no defects whatsoever. After tuning it, the sound quality is pretty good for an $80 guitar. Also, no obvious defects that I can see. Overall, great guitar for the price! Great beginner guitar to learn on and it actually looks a lot better than most cheap guitars out there.

I've been playing classical nylon sting guitars for 4 decades and wanted to "experiment" with acoutics. My main desire was to compare the sound and style of this music venue. I'm getting used to playing steel strings and stuggling with the narrower neck, but this instrument has great sound quality and holds tune amazingly well for being so new. I have the same problem with the pick guard cosmetics and there's some blemishes in the finishes I would prefer didn't exist. Thought of sending it back, but for $80 delivered and with such great sound I know this will fullfill my buying criteria perfectly. I can't believe the price:performance ratio this instrument delivers.

I love the calming sound this guitar makes. It sounds absolutely great for the price and is becoming a joy to have around and play. I highly recommend this guitar if you are brand new to pick up one just like me.

This is my first guitar and the money that I spent with buying it and paying for it to come over the border to Canada I should have just gone to a local guitar shop and picked one up.

- I ordered a "Natural Finish" I got a "Sun burst" i think its called? (darker around the edges than in the middle)
- The finish of the bottom of the guitar is cracked and peeling off like someone dropped it before it was put in the box.

Not happy about those two things I spent over 100$ on this guitar for purchase and duty for bringing it to Canada (which I forgot about when ordering or I wouldn't have gotten it) and I'm not impressed at the total disregard to what I ordered. A "Sun Burst" option isn't even available for this guitar, from what I seen.

As of right now I wont be returning it due to the hassle of paying for shipping and probably duty to make it go back into the US. I'll give it a few days of playing to decide whether or not I am truly happy with this guitar.

On a good note it did ship rather fast from Kentucky to Ontario, so to that I am impressed. But thats pretty much it.

My advice: It's a cheep-ish price for a guitar and you get what you pay for. If you have a few extra bucks I'd go to a guitar shop in your area and get one there. Or even walmart for a beginner guitar, at least you'll know its in good condition before you buy it.

Great deal for its build and quality! Umm, no complains...ya the strings that came with it were little stained. Which means its been on this guitar for a while. I was expecting a fresh set of strings and not old ones. But the guitar itself is really worth every dollar! Like the glossy rear end finish. The top part is not bad. I felt the neck was a bit thick for my taste as my previous guitar had a much thinner neck. But this neck is a standard acoustic neck, I will just need to get used to it. Buy it if you are tight on budget. Any other acoustic guitar (apart from the SX Mentor Acoustic) will cost you 140+ USD. So ya, good deal!

If you're like me and want to try your hand at playing a guitar but don't want to invest alot of money, this is the way to go.. $79.99 and you'll be able to find out if it's something that you'll want to continue.. If you decide you want to keep playing then you can make the decision about purchasing a more expensive instrument.. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.. If you're looking to purchase an entry level guitar, this is well worth the money..

My son is left handed and has wanted a guitar for a few years now and when this one arrived I was very nervous to open it due to the low price. We were very happliy surprised by the quality of the product.

I received my new guitar and found it well packaged for shipping. I was excited about finding an affordable ' lefty'. After tuning it, and playing for about an hour, it held its tune well. It has great sound and I would reccomend this guitar to anyone looking for an affordable 'lefty'
