This toy is basically a building set made of interlocking plastic parts that form tracks that remote controlled vehicles run on. It is very well made and the company stands 100% behind their product (a part was missing and they immediately replaced it.)It's most creative use would be for older children (8-10) to make their own track designs.

Rokenbok is an excellent toy. Our whole family boy and girls from 4-8 have really enjoyed playing with the vehicles and the little worker's. Make sure you buy some quality recharable batteries, we are using Sanyo Eneloop 4 Pack AAA NiMH Pre-Charged Rechargeable Batteries

Also added another starter set the Conveyor Company Start Set so we have two vehicles and control pads.

Overall the toy has been very durable and a blast, the kids help get creative with placing the chutes the balls roll down and making up stories about what the workers are doing today.

My son just received this for his 6th Bday and loves it. He loves anything to do with cars and remote controls. It's very durable and sturdy. He loves gathering up the balls and going up the ramp and dumping them out and going back down the slide. We plan on adding the Monorail set next and plan to keep on adding new sets. Well worth the money!

I bought both "Conveyor Company Start Set" & "Power Chute Start Set" together for my 10 years old son for the Christmas. I had first seen the demo of Rokenbok in the store when my son was 3. He wasn't that interested then but earlier this year changed. He had both them setup in the Christmas Day and started to play. Quickly I have joined with him to modify and connected both sets into one. Now we need to buy more parts to build the factory even bigger. I don't recall how many "thanks Dad!" he has said since the day he opened the boxes.

This set is not as fun as "Conveyor Company Start Set". But I used this set to get the stuff I want. Additional controller pad, RC Skip Track vehicle would cost near the whole set. And I got building parts and spare control center.

This set has everything you need to start playing Rokenbok. I bought this set together with the lift and my son spent two days playing only with the toy.

The only problem is that there is little variety of things to build from this set - so you need to prepare to buy more sets.
