Product Description

Keep your digital SLR camera and lens safe and secure -- and close at hand -- with this attractive leather-style holster carrying case from Rokinon. This model (H400) is designed to accommodate one digital or film SLR camera with a mid-range zoom lens attached, as well as small accessories such as memory cards or spare batteries.

The double-zippered main compartment is well-padded from top to bottom, providing excellent protection from minor impacts and scratches. The exterior not only offers a handsome appearance, but also repels water to keep your equipment safe from the elements. A zippered mesh pocket inside the lid provides storage for batteries, memory cards, filters and other small items, and an elastic mesh pouch on the front of the case gives you a place to stash your lens cap or other commonly-used accessory. This holster case can be slung over the shoulder with the removable strap, carried by hand via the padded handle, or worn on the hip thanks to a pair of heavy-duty belt loops on the back of the bag.

This seems like a fine camera holster, but I am taking it back because it is simply too small. I have the Canon Rebel T1i. If I use the EF-S 18-55mm IS lens, it will fit...barely. It will also barely fit with the EF 50mm f/1.4 lens.

However, it will not fit with the EF-S 10-22mm lens. It will not fit with the EF-S 55-250mm IS lens. And forget about using it with the EF-S 17-55mm IS USM or anything except the absolute smallest and shortest lenses. Only works with 55mm filter size or smaller lenses, and only works with lenses that are 3.3 inches long or shorter.

The item was exactly what the seller described. I purchased my Canon Rebel two months ago and looked for an affordable carrying case and I found it. The case fits my camera snug it includes a pouch that holds the battery charger perfect as well. This is a great product with an excellent price. The case is durable and compact and I am certain you would be just as happy as I was with this item. The item was received promptly after my order was placed.

A well built item. Provides good camera protection. Not as spacious as the pictures imply. With a Canon T1i camera and 18-55mm lens there is not much room to spare. Zipper needs improvement. It is not as smooth as I expected it to be. Some binding occurs.
