My old hard plastic wheels were tearing up my new bamboo floor so I ordered these and they are perfect, soft, smooth, silent and don't damage the floor.

I just replaced our entire place with hardwoods and did not want an ugly plastic protective matt covering the beautiful wood floor.
The polyurethane casters were inexpensive, look original, and work great. NO SCRATCHES! Shipping was extremely fast.

After refinishing our hardwood floors, I was very nervous about having our office chair on the surface. After finding these casters, everything is great. They are very soft and don't slip like the vinyl wheels. No scuffs, scratches or grooves in the floors. Awesome product and seller is very fast at shipping.

We recently had hardwood floors installed and my desk chair was constantly trying to run away from me whenever I got out of my chair. These wheels offer just enough rolling resistance to keep my chair under control but not so much as to interfere with normal chair movement. It was either these or a chairmat under my desk. I think this is a much better solution.

Having experienced firsthand the damage from standard nylon wheels, these casters will prove invaluable to an owner of hardwood flooring. These new wheels will glide gently over your wood floor, and you can forget any worries of the irreparable horrors inflicted by inferior products. If you're reading this review, look no further. These casters are great. They work very well on hardwood and soft floors. Would definately purchase them again. They arrived in just a few days after ordering which was well before the promised by date indicated when I placed the order. I am very happy with the product and service received.

I was happy with the look & feel of the product out of the box, but this size wobbled in the base of my Herman Miller Aeron as soon as I put the first one in. I returned them and looked for the HM product (241670) to be sure of a fit for my needs. I found what I needed for less money, including free shipping, outside of Amazon. I give them 5 stars for the actual product, but just can't use them in my specific chair. Hopefully this note about not fitting the Aeron will help others.

I put in expensive hardwood flooring about 2 years ago, and i was using the plastic mats for a while until I started noticing that dust and debris was finding its way under the lip of the mat and was embedding itself into the hardwood floor. So I chucked the mats, and bought these rubber wheeled casters. They worked ok at first, but over about 6 months the rubber collected so many little crumbs and dust and they are doing more damage to my floors than before. I think im going back to clear mats and figuring out a way to seal around the lip.

There was slight delay in shipment due to a mistake the vendor made, but when the mistake was discovered, the vendor sent me an e mail advising me of the expected delay, which I thought was excellent, instead of me having to contact the vendor.

These Polyurethane wheels have been on my chairs for a month now, and have caused no scratches to my recently refinished cherry hardwood floors that I can see.

I am very happy with this order.

These caster are noticeably softer though still firm enough to do the job, and are much quieter than the hard plastic ones. They are much better on my hardwood floor.
