Biography

Eric Serra is a composer born in France in 1959, best known for the film scores written for film director Luc Besson.

The son of French songwriter Claude Serra, Eric was brought up in a musical background and learned the guitar in his youth. By the age of 15 he was playing rock and jazz and graduated to playing for artists such as Yousou n'Dour and Mory Kanté.

When I saw this movie and I heard the score and music I was Blown away!! It was and edgy style and I loved it!! I recommened it. If you like Ghosts Of Mars score, you will like this one. it's got the edgy type of style. AWESOME disc!!

I too saw the movie and felt the sound track was worth the price. I was correct; This CD is excellent with a musical score to quicken the slowest pulse. The music bites and keeps on biting... excellent, excellent, excellent...

If you loved the movie, you will enjoy the music. IMO only a couple of really good songs, but well worth the purchase. These are the songs directly from the movie, so while listening to it, you will be able to thing back to the parts of the movie you heard them.
