As the title suggests, I have ordered a half dozen of these Pack-N-Rolls - three for myself, and others for friends. They are a great concept. My only concern is the durability of these units. I use mine daily to carry relatively heavy papers and the like, and have destroyed each unit after 4 months by inadvertently catching the front bottom corners on chairs, door frames, etc. and tearing the plastic outer panels. my concern is the front feet act as hooks and catch on objects. I wish the front feet supports were positioned inward so they would not catch on door jams, etc. When this happens with any weight in the unit, the front panels tear. I'm buying a third unit for myself as of this writing, but if I find another unit that does the same job and is stronger... this one's in the trash.

I am a plein air artist and this is my favorite piece of equipment . I add a lightweight board to the top for a table and at times I have propped up a board against the handle as a make-shift easel. With the weight in the crate I can clip on my umbrella for some shade while painting.

I have used my crate steadily for over two years. It is very versatile and sturdy.

The only limitation is that the wheels don't take sand and rocks well.

The Pack N Roll cart is great. It's very easy to fold and open up. Great for grocery shopping. The cart it lightweight to pull even with heavy items in it.
I was worried about how easy the cart would roll, because the wheels are smaller than the other carts I have in the past, But I find that it rolls great on the sidewalk.
The cart has handles or "holes" on both side so if you have to lift it you can do it easily.

I purchased this cart for my 82 year old mother. After about 6 weeks of very gentle use, the handle broke--making the cart useless for her. I contacted As Seen On TV Products and was told that since I purchased it more than 30 days ago, they could not help me. I emailed and how I might get it repaired. Their response was that I should contact the manufacturer. However they would not give me any contact information for the manufacturer. Very, very disappointing. A great waste of money.

I have two of these rolling crates and have used them for traveling to workshops. I have loaded them full and they have been pulled over all kinds of surfaces. They are very durable and a great deal. If you move things alot you should really consider investing in them. They fold up very compact and can store easy when not in use.

I had no problem with the store's service or shipment of the product. The product itself is crummy. I bought this rolling cart to replace one I had for years, made by the same company, but this one is just junk! It is flimsy and light weight and my old, smaller version was far superior. I am truly disappointed!

I agree with the other reviewers that this product is great. It is very easy to manage. It rolls without too much effort. It is great, even when hauling things upstairs. I am contemplating buying a second one.

However to quote another reviewer, " I have destroyed each unit after 4 months by inadvertently catching the front bottom corners on chairs, door frames, etc. and tearing the plastic outer panels. my concern is the front feet act as hooks and catch on objects" I encountered much the same situation as described above. But the few months I had it, it paid for itself in the amount of labor I avoided. I took lessons from my husband and actually used duct tape to fasten the front portion back on. It worked for the most part. I cannot haul as much with it, as I once did.

I hope the makers of this product will improve slightly on the design. But if not, I will still probably buy another one.

I bought this for my wife to transport school supplies to and from her classroom each day (some books and papers, etc.). It is supposed to be able to carry 80 lbs. However, after fairly light use for a couple of weeks (with a maximum load of no more than 20 lbs.), the handle broke and cannot be repaired.

This cart replaced the smaller model which had broken after relatively short use also. We bought the larger model because it had a longer handle which is easier to pull without leaning to one side and hoped it would last longer.

We are now trying a different brand. Wish us luck. There aren't many choices for this kind of cart. My wife was tired of carrying her supplies in a cardboard box, but that may be the only dependable way to do it.

I considered giving a higher rating, because the cart looks and functions as advertised. While it works, it works well. However, it doesn't deserve more than one star when it only lasts a few weeks before falling apart.

If you have a lot of jack, go ahead and keep several on hand and discard them as they break. Maybe it was intended for rich people who can afford to use things one or two times and then throw them away.
