I love this bag. I take it with me to work every day. It has lots of space, it rolls smoothly, and it holds up well to abuse. I had the same bag in a different pattern before, had to replace it after about 7 years of daily abuse and many trips, and I just had to have another Baggallini!

I was disappointed first by not receiving the bag in the projected timing. This meant I had to leave town without it and it had to be sent on to my destination by my son. This was a hassle and cost extra $. Then when it arrived it did not match my expectations of the color. Thirdly and the biggest disappointment is that the zippers do not work properly. They are constantly sticking and even pulling open when I must pull them harder. They just don't seem sturdy enough for all the use a carry-on travel bag will get. There are things about the bag I like, but I am trying to return it at this time.
