This elegantly-designed book chronicles the history of Rolls-Royce automobiles from the company's creation in 1904 to its imminent handover to BMW. 4.0 out of 5 stars CLASS PERSONIFIED, October 13, 2006
This review is from: Rolls-Royce & Bentley: Spirit of Excellence (Haynes Classic Makes) (Hardcover)
Rolls Royce is the epitome of class, when you say something is the Rolls Royce of whatever, people understand instinctively that you are refering to the benchmark. This book has crisp images and the text is very interesting and refreshingly easy to read. It chonicles from start to finish the first rolls to the most current, and the reader seeing the evolution of the car, ever changing, but somehow always staying true to what makes a Rolls Royce the finest automobile in the world, that was the brilliance of the designers and creators of Rolls at Crewe. Highly recommended.
