This little sorter has worked so well for the past few years that I came to Amazon to search for another when my office expanded. It's perfect for keeping charts in order at the reception desk or by my computer to do patient notes, and it takes up very little space when not holding papers.

This sorter looks ok, but it is very flimsy. I'd only recommend this if you are looking to, e.g., sort envelopes. If you want to put file folders or anything bigger in it, the dividers flex and I expect will crack or break any time now.

Sturdy and elegant, high quality wood and assembly is obvious. Not sure why the other reviewer didn't simply return his faulty product rather than ruin the rating average but I figured I'd give it a needed boost as this is a well made product.

All wood construction, attractive finish. Something that seems that is would last a long time. Straight foward design...no complications. Recommended.

When the item was stated as being mahogany and with the photo of it, I expected it to be finished better. It is mahogany and has been stained, but does not have a smooth clear coat on it. This makes it look kind of cheap.

I just received my product today and it seems to be a very well constructed desktop sorter. I have already started using my new sorter and am considering purchasing a second one. It has acquired a couple of nicks along the way but for the price and cost of shipping it is definitely a keeper.

This sorter has been very helpful and I am happy I made the purchase.

Before getting the rolodex mail sorter our mail was stacked haphazardly on the foyer table, the end tables, and pretty much wherever. Groupons and living social deals were being printed over and over because we couldn't find them when walking out the door. Now we have the desktop sorter and life is much easier. We have it sitting on the magazine table in the foyer, incoming mail on the top, outgoing mail next, groupons and living social vouchers, coupons, etc, next, then little reminder notes or whatever needs to be dealt with. It is attractive with a good space between each rise, allowing for a fair amount of mail or paper. The wood is nice and thick and the design is attractive. A good helpful product.

a little smaller than i had imagined, but works perfectly fine for keeping the incoming/outgoing mail organized as well as to do slot. Much easier to organize than a flat-laying organizer

Just received this (2/4/11) and it seems solid and well built. It is a little more cherry-redish than mahogany in color. Overall quite pleased with how it looks and is built.

I purchased this item and it was in multiple pieces upon opening the box. It was very low quality and does not look nearly as nice as the picture. Even if it wasn't basically shattered during delivery, I would have returned this item.
