This is even better than I expected. The description says it comes with 12 alphbetical guide cards, but there are 24 - one for each letter with XYZ on one card. The sleeves are made the correct size for inserting business cards. I decided to get one without a cover so it would be more convenient to look for a card. It comes with 100 sleeves but there's room for at least 500. It's Rolodex quality. There's a little slider piece so you can keep the cards in just the amount of space you need. Hold it upside down and they don't fall out, but just pull a card out or put a new one in. This is for my home, and I'm going to use this instead of an address book. No more loose business cards!

I have one of these Rolodex business card organizers at work and I love it so much that I purchased one for home. Not only is it good for sorting business cards, but it's also a great place to store keepsakes, such as concert ticket stubs and flower delivery cards. This is a very handy desk item and I recommend it.
