Item arrived quickly and well packed. I have a black PB corner unit desk and this piece matches perfectly without taking up too much space. The top of the stand is 21x18 ,but the bottom footprint is 19x14.5. It is 6.5 inches tall. It is very classy and sturdy enough for a 3-in-1 printer. There is an plugged up access hole in the back that you can unplug and run wires through for chargeable items that you may want to store on the bottom shelf,such as phones and cameras.

I bought this stand with the hope that I could place my scanner in the lower compartment. My scanner at it's tallest point is just under 2.75". Before buying the stand, I read the reviews here and elsewhere and could not find the dimensions of the compartments- not even on the Rolodex website. Figuring it had to be close- or I could just use it without the bottom shelf, I bought it anyway.

Well, the stand comes fully assembled and the bottom compartment is 1/4" too short for my scanner. For the record, the dimensions are: 18.25" wide, 2.5" high, and 11" deep (depth is limited by an internal partition for the cable management). For completeness, the upper two compartments are 9" wide, 2.5" high, and 14" deep. Each of the upper compartments have ~1.5 circular hole on the shelf for cables to pass through, and the holes are about 4" on center from the front lip of the shelves. The bottom shelf (and the rest of the pieces) appears to be glued in place.

Even though I cannot use it as I planned, I'll keep it. The price was right, especially with the Prime shipping. And it gives me a tad more desk space, since its footprint is narrower than my wide-format printer, which now sits on top. 4 Stars because *I Like It*, but don't *Love* it.

I know this product was designed to be a printer stand, but I bought it with the intention of using it as a monitor stand. I've got a very plain desk without a lot of storage space, so having the cubby holes in this stand is a great feature. It saves space and clears desk space since I don't have to have papers scattered all over my desk. I love it and would highly recommend it - whether you want it for its intended purpose of a printer stand or as a monitor stand.

This printer stand is sturdy, well made and holds my huge all-in-one machine without a problem. The storage underneath is greatly appreciated in my home-office! The option to add USB and outlets to the back are terrific bonuses. I just think for the price, they should come with the stand, instead of being a "sold-separately" option. Also, this stand is very large. If you don't have a large desk, then you may want to get one that is the next size down, depending on your needs.

I have a large corner desk and use this as a computer monitor stand. I love it. It gets my computer screen up and away from my face and also gives me lots of storage for the files and notes I'm working on. Also, because it's not built as a corner unit there's a gap between the stand and the corner where I can hide a surge protector. In addition, I can place my keyboard, when I'm not using it, on top of the stand just in front of the monitor and this clears up more desk space. Very functional!

This wooden printer stand is perfect. It has three slots, one for new paper, one for recycled paper, and the last one I throw all my bills in. I highly recommend this stand.

I had first purchased (locally) a very style specific, black with wire mesh, printer stand made by the same company as this one. I am sure it would have been fine, BUT, I like simple, clean, uncluttered, minimally detailed lines and cutouts, because I like ease of cleaning. Might sound silly, but we have a dog, we don't live in a hermetically sealed unit, and my hubby and I are "the maid." The fine metal mesh of that stand screamed WORK to me...think cleaning the holes in a very fine sieve...and it went back to the store.

This stand, OTOH, with a satin or matte black finish (closer to satin), is a breeze to swipe clean and since it isn't high gloss, doesn't show prints.

It is strong, the style is clean and simple, it should be able to fit into just about any scheme if for no other reason than that it is so unobtrusive. Ours sits atop part of two filing cabinets, has a large Canon multipurpose printer on top (with room to spare side to side), and we have over two reams of regular paper, various grades and sizes of photo paper, and several other specialty papers & films all neatly stashed underneath and close to hand. Viva vertical storage!

A final note, this stand has been designed to help control cord clutter and to use a (sold separately) USB hub, I can't speak to any of that yet because I will worry about cords and (maybe) more hubs later, but I appreciate the forethought that went into the design.

My Rolodex 82431 Printer Stand arrived on time but unfortunately was damaged on the corner from an apparent drop during shipping. The factor box was in pieces and it and the stand were in a brown over pack box when it arrived. I'm not sure if the supplier damaged the stand or shipping company. I decided to keep it and not return it since I was desparate to have it at my office (we moved offices and I needed it immediately). I would cautiously order again from this supplier due to shipping problems although the product was exactly as I ordered. By the way, the cubby holes are perfest size for legal and letter-head paper and holds a full ream of paper in each slot.

i was looking for a printer shelf that will make my desk more organized. This shelf definitely fulfilled its purpose. The extra shelves below the top served me a great purpose.

im worried about scratches. im glad this had the anti scratching surface under the shelf pillar.
